Learn how to prepare a weekly menu while only having to “cook” once. This program is about creating week’s work of lunches and dinner that can be knocked out quickly to save time and money throughout the week. The focus of this is to show that preparing the base items ahead of time can still lead to a flavorful week without getting boring.  All items will be prepared either on an induction burner, or in an air fryer, unless a convection oven is available at the location.

This is a live cooking demo which includes samples! 

About Chef Tom: Chef Tom Mottl is a Certified Research Chef with 15 Years of product development experience, 8 years back of house experience, with dozens of successful product launches. He is excited to share his education with home cooks to help you make better meals at home!
