Come meet  National and World renowned speed puzzlers,  Dr. EB Caron and Sarah Schuler.

EB Caron began speed puzzling in 2019, and was on the 1st place team at US Nationals in 2022, and the 2nd place team at the World Jigsaw Puzzle Championship in 2023. When she’s not busy doing puzzles, she teaches Psychology as an Assistant Professor at University of Hartford, and spends time with her two young children.

Dr. Caron's research team will also be conducting a speed puzzle test throughout the day in Room 134. Stop by there to learn more about and participate in their research study.

Joining EB via voom will be her teammate Sarah Schuler.

Sarah Schuler,  popular puzzle Instagrammer and competitive speed puzzler will be joining the South Shore Jigsaw Puzzle Festival via Zoom. Come hear about her experiences speed puzzling around the world and how she turned a hobby into a career.

Sarah, also known as @SarahDoesPuzzles, is a popular puzzle Instagrammer and competitive speed puzzler from St. Paul, MN. She has been competing in speed puzzling contests since she was 13. She has traveled to Spain, Australia, and across the United States to participate in various championships and is 2nd in the world for both pair and team competition divisions. Sarah turned her passion for puzzles into a full time job in 2021, and now hosts puzzling competitions across Minnesota, sells rare jigsaw puzzles, and consults for various puzzle related companies.
