Topics to be covered include Renting vs. Buying, Current Economic and Market Conditions, Location, House Style & Size, and the Purchase Process itself.  There will be plenty of time to get your questions answered, too! 

About the presenter: Rick is a third generation resident of Weymouth and has been selling residential real estate throughout the South Shore since 1984. He is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute – a designation signifying 90 hours of advanced in-class real estate education and holds the CRS designation from the Council of Residential Specialists – a designation held by less than three percent of all Realtors® – and the CRB designation from the Council of Real Estate Brokers and Managers. Rick is active at all levels in Realtor® associations. In 1997 the South Shore Association of Realtors® selected him as its president and Realtor of the Year, the only time in its sixty-plus year history a sitting president had received that honor. He has been a guest contributor on WCVB-TV’s “Chronicle”; Tom Williams’ “Sound Advice”; WATD 95.9FM radio and is often sought for his real estate expertise and knowledge of the South Shore real estate market.  Rick is married to the former Cheryl Swanson, has two adult children, and four grandsons.
