In this presentation, Law Librarian Alexandra Bernson (Brockton Law Library) will discuss legal information for both landlords or tenants in Massachusetts, with special attention on leases, paying utilities, getting repairs made, security deposits, and the eviction process. While this program cannot give one-on-one legal advice, it will share specific laws, resources, and how the Trial Court Law Libraries can help when you are experiencing an issue with your landlord or tenant.
