Pop Up Art School presents: Frank Lloyd Wright, an art class for children ages 8-12
Frank Lloyd Wright is America's most famous architect, but did you know lived in Weymouth as a child? He is best known for his architectural masterpiece, Falling Water in Pennsylvania and for designing the Guggenheim Museum in New York City. In addition to designing buildings he also created the furnishings and stained glass panels for the interiors. In this hands on class, learn about the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright, and design your own faux stained glass panel using colored cellophane. Registration is REQUIRED.
This program is supported in part by a grant from the Weymouth Cultural Council, which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
