Self Defense for Teens

Jen Pompeo, Community Outreach Sergeant of the Weymouth Police Department will be here to teach teens basic skills to stay safe. Teens will learn tips and tricks for safety. Jen will teach basic self defense moves and how to use your voice to protect yourself. 

This program is open for teens of all abilities. Registration is required.
